Lekeshia M. Lynch

Lekeshia Lynch MSW, LCSWS, LISW-CP, CSW. Lekeshia is licensing board certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. She provides clinical supervision to aspiring clinicians for both the Social Work and Professional Mental Health Counseling boards. She is the mother of 5 wonderful children and four grandchildren. She is the Founder and CEO of The International Center for Wellness PLLC and Licensed Psychotherapist currently practicing in the states of North and South Carolina. Lekeshia, founder, and Clinical Director of the Center for Wellness is a graduate of the University of South Carolina-Columbia, Johnson C. Smith University Metropolitan College, Charlotte NC and Concord High School. Lekeshia recently completed a special training program for educators at Morehouse School of Health Sciences in Atlanta GA. She has over 30 years’ experience in the field of health, mental health, developmental disabilities and addiction. Lekeshia, an author, philanthropist, professional mentor and Certified Christian Counselor through Grace Biblical College Salisbury NC founded the Inspire Foundation which provides a training center housed at the Center for Wellness to address the health disparities faced by communities of color and marginalized communities. Lekeshia recently embarked on her skills as an entrepreneur and offers business coaching to minority start ups.

Her greatest passion is motivating the best in others and the goal is to improve everyone’s overall Mental and Emotional Wellbeing.

She is a Clinical Field Coordinator for Winthrop University South Carolina, Walden University in Minnesota, Brecia University in Kentucky and Livingstone College Salisbury NC. She is also a member of The National American Business Women’s Association in District One and a chapter member of Women Connecting Women and The Columbia Triad chapters of South Carolina. 

She is also a member of The National American Businesswomen’s Association in District One and a chapter member of The Columbia Triad chapters of South Carolina and previous member of Women Connecting Women chapter in Newberry South Carolina. Lekeshia resides in ABWAs District Four.

The Center for Wellness PLLC is a group practice located in the Charlotte Metro area and provides high quality care tailored to meet individual needs of the patient. The organizational goal is to provide an intimate environment that is safe, supportive, and confidential. Lekeshia has a professional interest in whole health and wellness. Lekeshia practice from an Eclectic perspective to address the generational challenges of health and mental health ailments.  Getting to the root cause of mental illness is ideal for successful long-term recovery. Supporting the need for treatment for both physical and mental illness is ideal. 

The Center for Wellness is partnered with Mental Health Association of the Carolina’s and Cabarrus County schools to offer uninsured and underinsured students throughout Cabarrus County treatment options. The Center is also partnered with Charlotte Family Housing to support the counseling needs of families transitioning through homelessness.
